The Weight of a School Bag...........

Every morning at 6 a.m., Aarav, a Class 10 student, wakes up before sunrise. He rushes to get ready, carrying a school bag so heavy that it hurts his shoulders. His day begins with school and ends with coaching classes. By the time he returns home, it is already evening. Rural schools often lack proper infrastructure, qualified teachers, and access to technology. Mental stress, competition, and the race for top ranks affect many young minds. Education should not be about memorizing answers for an exam. It should prepare students to face real-life challenges, think independently, and become responsible citizens. Aarav and Meera dreamed of a future where classrooms encouraged curiosity instead of fear, where every talent was respected, and where success was measured not only by marks but also by knowledge, skills, kindness, and creativity. That dream is the future India should strive to build—an education system that empowers every student to learn, grow, and succeed in life.
